Privacy Policy

H Control does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data from the app.

Local processor data

Processor names, local IP addresses, ports, firmware information, screen configuration, shortcuts, and operating state remain on your device. H Control communicates directly with processors on the same local network.

Credentials

NovaStar OpenAPI credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain with device-only protection. They are not synchronized through iCloud and are not sent to H Control or any backend.

Purchases

Trials and purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. H Control reads Apple-signed entitlement information to decide whether real-device control is available. We do not receive payment card details.

Analytics and tracking

The app contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics, tracking, account system, or cloud service. It does not use data for cross-app tracking.

Website

This static website uses no cookies, forms, behavioral analytics, or advertising. Cloudflare provides hosting and may process standard connection metadata under its own privacy policy. H Control does not receive or analyze a visitor profile.

Data deletion

Delete a processor profile to remove its stored credentials. Deleting the app removes local app data according to iOS behavior. StoreKit purchase history remains associated with your Apple Account under Apple’s policies.
