Before connecting

1. Update the processor to firmware V1.9.9.2 or later.
2. Connect the processor to the router by Ethernet and the iPhone or iPad to the same Wi-Fi network.
3. Open Open API Management on the processor, enable access, and create a pId and secretKey.
4. In H Control, add the processor using its local IPv4 address and port 8000.
5. Allow Local Network access when iOS asks.

Encryption setting

If the processor has no secretKey, leave “Use encrypted envelope” off. H Control enables it automatically when a valid eight-byte secretKey is entered, and keeps the option visible in Advanced Configuration.

Trial and purchases

The five-day trial starts only after you confirm it in Settings › License. It lasts 120 hours and does not charge automatically. A permanent unlock is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or moving to another device signed into the same Apple Account.

Connection troubleshooting

• Confirm the local IP has not changed.
• Disable VPN or network isolation temporarily.
• Verify Local Network permission under iOS Settings › Privacy & Security.
• Confirm pId, secretKey, port, and encryption mode.
• Use Demo mode to verify the app interface independently from the hardware.

Supported models

H Control is designed for H2, H5, H9, H15, and H20. Capabilities vary with firmware and installed cards; unavailable features are hidden or marked accordingly.
